This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit fineprintreport.com. The short version: this is a static website, we do not ask you for anything, and we do not have accounts, logins, carts, or newsletters.

What we collect

Directly from you: nothing. There are no forms, no sign-ups, and no comment sections on this site. We never ask for your name, email address, postal address, or payment details, and we have no way to store them.

Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs when a page is served. These typically include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. We use these only to keep the site running and to understand roughly how much traffic it gets. We do not combine them with anything else or use them to identify you.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

When you click a link to Amazon, Amazon sets its own cookies on your browser. That is how Amazon knows the visit came from us, and it is what allows us to earn a commission. Prices and availability shown on Amazon change constantly. Anything you read here about a product reflects our research at the time of writing, not a guarantee of current price, stock, or specification. Always check the Amazon listing itself before buying.

Analytics

This site does not currently run third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social tracking pixels.

Other third parties

Our pages are served by a static hosting provider, which processes the server logs described above on our behalf. Video and image content on this site is our own. We do not sell, rent, or share information about visitors with anyone.

Children

This site is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information a business holds about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. If we add anything that changes what is collected, for example analytics or a newsletter, we will update this page and change the date at the top before turning it on.
